Tambahkan 1~4 skala Buffer Pengenceran Sampel tergantung pada jenis sampel ke Tabung Uji menggunakan Penetes dan proses sampel.

Secara perlahan tambahkan 4 tetes (100ul) larutan sampel yang telah diproses ke posisi "S1" dan "S2" pada alat uji menggunakan Pipet atau mikropipet (tidak disediakan.)
